Business Development Representative (BDR)
Role summary
As a BDR at LeadsLoader, you’ll support outbound programmes for technology companies: researching target accounts, executing email/LinkedIn outreach, qualifying leads, and booking meetings with senior decision-makers.
What you’ll do
- Prospect and research target accounts (ICP-focused).
- Run structured outreach across email and LinkedIn.
- Handle replies, qualify opportunities and book meetings.
- Maintain clean CRM notes and weekly reporting inputs.
- Iterate messaging based on feedback and results.

- Strong written English and professional tone.
- Comfortable with outbound outreach and qualification.
- Organised, consistent, and results-driven.
- Experience with sales tools/CRMs is a plus.
- EU/UK time-zone availability.
