Business Development Representative (BDR)

Role summary

As a BDR at LeadsLoader, you’ll support outbound programmes for technology companies: researching target accounts, executing email/LinkedIn outreach, qualifying leads, and booking meetings with senior decision-makers.

What you’ll do

  • Prospect and research target accounts (ICP-focused).
  • Run structured outreach across email and LinkedIn.
  • Handle replies, qualify opportunities and book meetings.
  • Maintain clean CRM notes and weekly reporting inputs.
  • Iterate messaging based on feedback and results.

What we’re looking for

  • Strong written English and professional tone.
  • Comfortable with outbound outreach and qualification.
  • Organised, consistent, and results-driven.
  • Experience with sales tools/CRMs is a plus.
  • EU/UK time-zone availability.
